You and your horse will have access to our spacious 40 x 95 covered arena, designed for comfort, safety, and year-round usability. The high roof and open-air sides allow fresh airflow and natural light while keeping the footing dry on rainy days and shaded in the summer heat. Secure wooden posts and steel trusses create a bright, stable environment ideal for training rides, groundwork, and therapy sessions. The arena opens directly into the rest of the farm, giving horses a calm, connected view of their surroundings. Whether you’re polishing skills, exercising your horse during winter weather, or simply enjoying quiet time together, this covered arena keeps you riding in every season.

These 12x12 stalls sit directly off the covered arena, offering a bright, airy, and comfortable space for your horse. The stall features solid wooden walls with open slats for excellent airflow and visibility, helping horses feel relaxed and connected to their surroundings. Natural light fills the space, and the high roof keeps everything cool and well-ventilated. Easy-access mounted hay feeders and a safe, nearby tack room to keep your gear organized. Being attached to the arena makes this stall especially convenient for tacking up, cooling down, or providing a safe resting spot between sessions. Our 8' x 10' lower-barn stalls offer a quiet, comfortable space for horses who prefer a calmer environment. Each stall features solid wood construction, good airflow, working lights, and its own water access. Natural light brightens the barn during the day, and the covered structure keeps it cool and protected year-round.
Boarders also have access to a dedicated tack room for convenient storage of saddles, bridles, and grooming supplies.
